Appointments. Customers can call the front desk at 366-2276 between the hours of 0900 to 1600 to schedule an appointment. Same day appointments will be scheduled when available.

Priorities. Due to operational considerations, on-duty personnel (military, DoD Civilians, and contractors) are given priority from the hours of 0900-0930, and 1100-1300 each day.

Walk-in appointments are still welcome.

Note: To improve the quality of sound and bandwidth of the DCO, to the maximum extent possible, we encourage multiple individuals to share a computer to view the presentation. Thank you in advance!

Webinars will start at 0900 CST and the presentation portion of this webinar will last around 30-45 minutes. Then we will stay online until all questions have been answered. Subject matter experts will be available. Sound checks will be done for 30 minutes prior to the start of the webinar, at which time we will also make the slides available for download. The sound checks are done to make sure that the DCO users can hear the moderator and presenters.
